J.R. Carter
(CEO and Principal Consultant)
J.R. has 16 years experience developing IT solutions. As an IT leader at Dell, Inc from 1996 to 2002, he played a key role in creating Dell's formidable global data warehousing and metrics capability and in establishing Dell’s offshore development center in Moscow, Russia. He began working with InterSys Consulting as an independent consultant in 2004 and joined the company as CEO in 2005.
From 2004 to 2007 J.R. was an instructor in Stanford University’s Advanced Project Manager Program, delivering 3 day workshops on Portfolio Management, Converting Strategy into Action and Managing Global Complex Programs.
Based in Austin, J.R. is on the board of directors of EMS software provider and InterSys client, ESO Solutions, Inc. He volunteers as a Mentor at Austin Partners in Education.
Todd Ballengee
(VP, Client Services and Principal Consultant)
Todd brings more than 18 years consulting experience. He has managed multiple global cross-functional teams, ensuring successful delivery of innovative, technical projects for various Fortune 500 companies.
Prior to joining InterSys, Todd worked at Razorfish for over 10 years where he served as a Senior Account Director managing several of the firm's top accounts. Todd also previously worked for over 6 years at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and graduated from Rice University with a triple major in Managerial Studies, Policy Studies, and Political Science.
Based in Austin, Todd stays actively involved coaching various youth sports teams and is on the board of the Steiner Stars swim team.
Roger Wahman
(VP, Data Warehousing Practice Leader)
With over 16 years of experience in a variety of both private and public sector organizations, Roger has planned, built, and implemented data management and business intelligence solutions in many extremely large and highly complex environments including Citigroup, Toyota, AT&T Wireless, Johnson and Johnson, VA/VHA, and DHS. This wealth of hands-on experience gives Roger a unique ability to understand client needs as Practice Manager for InterSys. He has a proven track record in delivering success while always seeking to maximize business value.
Roger currently resides in Austin with his wife and four children.

Anwar P. Payyoorayil
(Principal Consultant and Managing Partner of Kochi, India based Development Center)
Anwar is a highly respected technical architect and the managing partner for the development center in Kochi, India. Anwar has over fifteen years of experience in the software industry. A graduate from the University of Oklahoma with an M S in Computer Science, Anwar has worked with multiple companies in the US, Qatar and India. He spent five years at Dell in Austin TX, working on a variety of technologies including multi-terabyte databases, Microsoft technologies, Linux and Ab-Initio. He splits his time between Kochi, India and Qatar, where he lives with his wife and family.
